My duct cleaning was scheduled for 9 AM and the crew showed up right on time – which was a great start! I asked them how long it was going to take, and they said it be 3 to 3 1/2 hours and it took them 3 hours and 15 minutes. The crew did everything they said they were going to and did a great job. When they finished, the crew leader walked me around my house and showed me exactly what they had done and asked me if everything was to my satisfaction. All in all, awesome experience!
